Review Terms & Conditions

Here’s how I work when it comes to product reviews, just to keep everything clear and fair:

• Products are sent to me free of charge for the purpose of review.
• All reviews are honest and based on my own personal experience using the product. I won’t guarantee a positive review, but I will always be fair, constructive, and transparent.
• Receipt of a product does not guarantee a published review. In very rare cases — such as if the product is lost in the post, arrives damaged, is unusable, or due to a personal emergency — I may not be able to complete the review. If that ever happens, I’ll always let you know and work with you on next steps.
• Reviews are typically published within 2–4 weeks of receiving the product, depending on how long it takes to test properly. If you need something sooner, just ask.
• I use my own photos for blog posts and social media — no stock images or copied content.
• If I run into any issues with a product, I’ll contact the supplier first to check if it’s user error or a genuine product fault. I believe in giving brands the chance to respond before publishing.
• Any problems, quirks, or feedback may still be shared as part of the review to help educate and inform readers.
• I’ll link directly to your website and may use affiliate links where appropriate — these help cover the cost of running the site (hosting, maintenance, etc).
• All affiliate links will be disclosed in line with ASA and CAP guidelines.
• The review itself is free of charge — I don’t charge fees for product reviews.
• No payment is accepted in exchange for guaranteed positive coverage. I review honestly, based on how the product performs for me.
• Once reviewed, I reserve the right to keep, gift, or give away any remaining product unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• All written content and images remain my intellectual property. Please contact me if you’d like to reuse or republish anything.
• If you’d like to include a discount code or voucher in the review, it must be live at the time of publication and remain active for a minimum of 3 months after the review goes live (or longer if agreed).
• Any personal data collected (for example, through giveaways) will be handled responsibly and in accordance with GDPR. I never share personal details with third parties.
• By sending products for review, you agree to these terms.
