UK Express delivery £11.95 - Order by 10am Mon-Fri for Next Working Day delivery.
 
Any orders placed after 10am Friday and before 10am Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
 
European delivery £29.95 7 working days
Wolrdwide delivery £29.95 10 working days
 
Please Note: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
 
 
DISCREET PACKAGING
We understand that privacy is important to Waxed Perfection customers. To ensure your OCD detailing secret is kept from your neighbours, children or even parents, we use the utmost discretion in packaging your order for shipment. Products are mailed in bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order).
 
RETURNS
You may return your order using the Website provided. We hope you understand that there are a few exceptions around returning used consumable products (like Shampoo, wash media etc). Please check the detail on the Returns policy in the FAQs below for more detail.
 
What if my order is late?
On the rare occasion your item is on back order, it may be dispatched at a later date, there will be no further delivery costs incurred. If you have allowed for the timescales above and still not received your order please Contact Customer Services with your order number and query.
 
Can i get next day delivery?
Next working day delivery must be ordered by 10am the previous working day. (Order by 10am Friday to receive your delivery on Monday).
Next Day deliveries are in the Mainland UK only
Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays
Deliveries will only be made Mon - Fri between 7.00am and 6.30pm
On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

Can i change my delivery address?
Unfortunately if your order has already been confirmed we will be unable to amend any details.
 
Can i upgrade my parcel from standard to next day delivery?
Unfortunately once the order is confirmed we are unable to amend the delivery option.
 
Does my order needs to be signed for?
Standard delivery does not need to be signed for, but next day delivery will require a signature
 
Do i need to pay delivery per order even if two orders are going to the same address?
Delivery is charged per order, so you will have to pay delivery on each order.

How do I enter an international delivery address?
Select your required country, then fill in your full delivery address. Do not enter your post/zip code in the box provided, but add to the bottom of your address.

Delivery to BFPO addresses
 
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Most orders can be delivered to BFPO addresses. When we ship to BFPO addresses, it is the responsibility of the British Forces to ensure that the parcel is delivered to the correct location. 
 
How much is delivery to BFPO addresses?
Standard UK delivery charge of £5.95.
 
How do I enter my BFPO addresses?
Please enter your BFPO address as UK, rather than the country where you are posted.

My order is missing, incomplete or incorrect

What is the returns policy?
You can return any item of unused items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can't be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return. The following items are non returnable unless in their original packaging and unused

It's very important that when you return an item, you include the invoice that was sent with your order. On the reverse side please write specifying the items you want to return or exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5 -10 working days for the funds to show in your account. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. You can return the parcel by standard Royal Mail delivery you will be asked to pay for return on unwanted or incorrectly ordered items; this will take up to 7 working days to reach us.

I have been refunded for my items but not my delivery charge?
We will only refund the delivery charges if you are returning the whole order, so please mention this when contacting us.

How do i cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify our Customer Care team via email or by phone Contact us within 8 hours of the receipt of order email.
 
Please return your unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt (including sale items).
 
Please note it is very important that when you return an item we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
 
You can return the parcel by standard Royal Mail delivery using the address provided; this may take up to 7 working days to reach us.
 
How do i return a faulty product?
We are sorry your product has proved faulty and would like to resolve the problem quickly for you.
If you are returning a faulty product bought online, you can post it back to us using the website address provided. Please indicate the reason for return on the invoice or enclose a covering letter.
 
 
How long will it take to get a refund?
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return via standard Royal Mail delivery, however once we receive your items, we will process the return / exchange within 72 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow a further 5 -10 working days for the funds to show in your account.
 
What are my cancellation rights?
You have the unconditional right to cancel internet orders if requested in writing within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (including initial delivery costs)
 
The following product types must be unused in original packaging:
 
*Liqiuid
*Waxes
*Wash Media
*Goods that by reason of their nature can't be returned - (Items such as washmitts, towels where the 'tags' has been removed, or products where the seal has been broken).
 
Am i entitled to postage refund if i cancel my order?
We will only refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling the whole order, so please mention this when contacting us. Delivery charges are non refundable if you are returning part of an order.
 
What happens if i miss the 8Hours  cooling-off period?
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 8 hours statutory cooling-off period, goods returned can only be exchanged for replacement goods or gift vouchers.
 
Can i change my delivery address after my orders have been placed?
Unfortunately if your order has already been confirmed we will be unable to amend any details.
